What's Cookin in the Kitchen

This week we are getting back into P90X diet and workout now that I'm done with working 12 hr shifts. I ran twice this past week, so it's time to ease into the weight training. We will see how it goes.

Monday: salmon with lemon dill sauce, asparagus, wild rice and roasted red pepper soup

Tuesday: turkey & gravy, great beans

Wednesday: Tilapia with pesto sauce, wild rice, zucchini

Thursday: Chicken breast, quinoa, snap peas

Friday: date night

Saturday: breakfast date
Lunch: turkey burger
Beef & broccoli stir fry

Sunday: turkey bacon egg white scramble
Lunch: ?
Dinner: lemon garlic chicken , wild rice & butternut squash soup
