I found a new website to get healthy recipes from, so we're going to give some new recipes a try this week. What's for dinner?
Monday: Crockpot Roast with Potatoes and Carrots
Tuesday: Pollo Sabroso
Wednesday: Shrimp and Avocado Quesadillas
Thursday: Spaghetti and Meatballs
Friday: Date Night!!! The Melting Pot, at home! We got a real fondue pot for our wedding, and we love The Melting Pot. It is just so expensive! I found a copy cat recipe online that I'm going to try for their broth. We will have shrimp, chicken, and steak. I'm excited!!!
